You may now communicate with your adjuster by using our Toll-Free number or by e-mail.

If you are outside the metro Atlanta area and need to contact your adjuster, you may dial 1-800-545-7742. When the Attendant answers, all you have to do is dial your adjuster's 3-digit extension listed below and you will be connected directly to him/her. If you are in the metro Atlanta area, all you have to do is dial your adjuster's direct number listed below. Remember, if the claim has not been previously reported to us and you would like to report a new claim please call 1-877-277-7740.

If you send an e-mail, your adjuster will usually respond within 24 business hours. Below is a list of all of our adjusters and their e-mail addresses. To send them an e-mail, simply click on their name. If you do not know your adjuster's name, you may send an e-mail to the claims customer service department who will contact your adjuster. Please be sure to include your name, daytime phone number, and your file number or claim number on your e-mail.
